i know you can like whatever you want and it shouldn't matter to anyone else, but i just wondered your opinions on what you'd consider acceptable to categorize yourself as a fan of a band, wear their merch, etc.

my friend questioned one of my decisions that did not at all concern her and then continued to slander me because of my decision. all I did was tell her that it's not her business and I can do whatever I want. yet now she's ignoring me and making me inclined to feel like I need to apologize even though all I did was defend myself. what should I do? :/

a guy followed me on Insta and we liked some of each other s pics. then I dmed him and said to add me on snapchat and he never replied or added me. why wouldn t he even reply?? and should I try to talk to him again???

Recently my best friends, two times in the past two weeks, have been ditching the plans I have with them to hang out without me. I feel very hurt and upset and confront them about it, but they say I m overreacting and make up excuses. I have an opportunity to move away which also comes with a much larger cash flow opportunity and a new start many states away. The only thing keeping me here is my friends, but im beginning to think they aren t worth my time if they keep ditching me. I feel like they don t care. I asked my best friend if I should go and she said yes. shouldn t a best friend try to convince you to stay? what should I do?

I was pulling out of my friends driveway in reverse. I wasn't paying a whole lot of attention because I didn't know there was anything that would do any harm. but it turns out there was a wooden post that I ended up hitting on the side, damaging my rear view mirror and making a tennis ball sized dent above my front tire. I know it doesn't seem bad, but it was so reckless and my parents just bought me this car a month ago. It's not brand new, but it looked like it when I got it. I was thinking about just saying I don't know what happened and that someone must have hit it and left, but I don't want to lie. help? any also advice on how to get the dent out?

I'm a 16 year old female and looking for a job. What are some good first jobs that aren't too boring and pay well? (Please don't say babysitting, lawn service, etc. I'm looking for a real job.)

I've been vegan for about three months now, and I'm currently looking for my first job. I thought waitressing would be something I'd like to do, but there was one thing bothering me. Is it hypocritical for a vegan to work at a restaurant that supports and buys from the meat and dairy industry? Is it hypocritical to carry a plate of steak and serve it to a customer? I'm iffy about it, but there aren't many options job-wise for me. Thanks.
