  • tooth extraction will cost medicaid more in the long run, why dont they pay for root canals?

Root canals are not covered under medicaid, and I can't afford to pay for it. If I get it extracted, (but I dont have money for implants) the other teeth will shift, and the tooth on top of the extracted one will be damaged too. In the long run, I will be seeing my dentist for pain more often than if I would just had the root canal done.

Once you pull a tooth and do not do implants, other teeth will be damaged too.

Are teeth so valuable that I should go in to debt to do root canals? (I am 38.)

Why are root canals, posts and crowns so expensive??????

  • Difference between downloading and burning a CD?

I have some data files that I want to share with others.

My computer gives me the option of burning it to a CD, or I can just export it to the D drive, and write it on the CD.

    What is the difference????

  • How do I save emails from yahoo to my computer or CD?

I have had a problem with a hijacked yahoo account and I could not access my emails. The problem was resolved, but for the future I would rather save my emails on my computer, and eventually to a CD or memory card. How do I do that?

The emails are not in my inbox. They are in separate folders.

    Simple instructions would be appreciated.

  • What can I make with (unsweetened) Toasted Oat Cereal?

    Help!!

I have 2 boxes of the plain round oats, not the honey coated, My kids refuse to eat it.

Is there a way to coat them with something sweet? Or maybe crush it and use it in a recipe?

I can let all the neighborhood kids make necklaces from it, but I will still have plenty left over.

    Thank You!

  • Vaginal atrophy before menopause?

From all the symptoms I have, it seems that I have vaginal atrophy. I am only 36, on the pill, very far from menopause. Could this happen from the hormones in the pills? I am on these pills for years, and have never heard of such a thing.

I went to my Dr. She said it was some sort of vaginitis. But the symptoms are much more like vaginal atrophy.

I have done some online research, but have not found any answers.

  • How do I fix a sloppy painting job?

Had my house repainted, (paid $$$$) But now I keep finding messy spots, paint was supposed to be washable, but is not. (used Benjamin Moore Pearl finish.) Could be because he just put one coat of paint? I see that the doors, have only one coat, and it is seeping into the wood. The walls and baseboards have paint drips. Where the walls meet tiles, the paint is peeling. steam covers were painted to the walls, have to separate it.

He is known as top painter(30+yrs). We argued, he did some touch-ups. (said had to cut corners to make $.) I do not want to see this guy again, he is NASTY. (Not worth lawyer to fight him)

Don't have $ to redo whole job. I want to do the sanding, prep, etc. (found a guy to do painting for few $. (He can't advise me, language different.)

Can I put a different finish on Pearl that it should be washable?

Please advise in detail on how to do this job..I want to do as much as I can alone.

  • Why do my potted roses die?

I bought a healthy looking rose bush. I planted it it a fairly large pot according to the directions, but instead of growing, the soft greenish stems just withered and they look dead. It gets watered regularly, gets plenty of sun.

This is the fifth year that I am trying to plant roses, but I have never succeeded yet.

Do roses hate me? I must be doing something wrong.I don't think it is overwatered, and I see know signs of mildew or bugs.

  • I planted grass to cover tire marks, can I just add more seeds on top of the hay?

I planted grass to cover tire marks, but after putting topsoil, seeding, and spreading hay on top of it, I realize that There are still deep indents in the ground. Can I just add more topsoil and seeds? do I have to rake away the hay first? I put the hay so the birds should not get the seeds, but it seems like the birds are having a field day, and I am no closer to a nice lawn.
