he has felonies on his juvenile record.(he graduates high school in June) He found a cell phone and pair of gloves but before he could turn them in the school police officer searched lockers and found the gloves so when he was confronted he(my son) said yes and I also found this cell phone that he took out of his pocket willingly. He was charged with theft, he plead not guilty, if he is found guilty, with his record what might the punishment be? They did a book and release when he plead not guilty and scheduled a hearing the end of the month. Thanks in advance.

Account status: Closed, it says this on all of the accounts evan a recent one, one that was put on my credit last month. There are 8 accounts. This just recently happened, why did this happen? I called regarding disputing an account and told them I'm on disability (which is true) could this be why? Does this mean they will no longer try to collect on the accounts?

my husband lost his job and the car was repossesed, it was charged off, now 7 years later they are putting it on my credit as $7,300 charge off like its a new charge off and it's showing now that they only charged off $1,100 in the beginning that's not how it was originally, it origanally said just 'charge off' now that my credit was in the 'good' category this is ruining it, can they do this?

to put the wrong address where it asks for your address and phone # so the creditors can't find you? This is when you are requesting a copy of your credit report I say it is but my sister said it's not and I don't want her to get in any more trouble than she is already in.
