I used go to St. Louis Park high school in Minnesota, and now attend college at the University of Minnesota. I enjoy running, playing basketball and many other sports. Why did my hair stop growing after 12 inches? ?
The top of my head stopped growing hair
It's fairly thick and long but hasn't gotten longer since 2019

The sides grow rapidly 1 inch /month
& are fairly short
I get them faded every 2 months
.
Could it be the amount of gell I use or something stuck in the scalp or does hair have a limit??
What do I do?

My friend stopped smoking, and I wanted to say something supportive, but I couldn't think of anything non generic. 5 days later she started smoking again and I felt like it was my fault for not affirming her decision.
