My family and I live outside of Philadelphia and are considering moving into NE Philly, but then someone told me about the city wage tax. My question is how bad is the wage tax? Does it come out of my check or is a bill sent out?

My car is overheating. No stream or white smoke from the tail pipe. No burning smell. My thermostat somehow became loose, and since it was leaking a bit last week, I replaced it but that didn't solve the problem. I have a 2008 Dodge Avenger with a 2.4. I'm thinking either the radiator or thermostat. What do you guys think????

We thought my wife was pregnant because her period was late (not sure how late exactly) and she said her breasts were tender. She said she had a light brown discharge for a couple days but then she got her period. Then she had cramps(more painful than usual)while she was bleeding which never happens with her, along with the tender breasts, which are still tender and worse than before her period started. Her period is almost over. Could she possibly be pregnant? Or could something else be wrong?

My son is 4 months old and usually doesn't mind when I hold him. I can usually make him smile and he'll be content with me holding him, but lately that hasn't been the case. Now when I try to hold him, he cries all the time. But when he goes to my wife(his mom), he's calm. I don't know why he seems to be repulsed by me(if that's the right word to use). Can anyone share any ideas on why he's acting like that?? Does he not like me anymore?? Or is this just a phase??

I live in PA, and I'm not sure what the laws are or how I would go about getting any information about finding out who my parents are. My adoptive parents are both deceased, and my blood sibling that we're adopted with me know as much as I do. Is there any way to find anything about my life before I was adopted. Where do I start??

My wife and I had a talk last night, and she was telling me that she would like for me to come on to her and make moves on her. She said that she feels like she always initiates the sex for us, but that is not true. I told her that I make moves on her all the time but she never wants to do anything, she always pushes me away. She told me to keep trying, so I hoping that someone can help me with some tips or anything that I can use to turn her on.

When I drive my car around town, it runs too hot whenever i stop at a light, or even a stop sign. It'll run too hot if im driving too slow, i have to be going at least 45 mph in order for it to run cooler. I was in my mother-in-law's car and her car was running cool while we were running errands around town on a 102 degree day, but my car ran hot last night when it was 85 degrees. My car is a 1998 Chrysler Sebring, my mother-in-law's car is a 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser.

My fiance took Nexium this morning around 9:30, she just took a Pecid Complete for acid reflux, she had a couple smoothies cuz it's her time of the month and she's craving chocolate really bad, but chocolate is one of the things that her doctor told her that she couldn't eat. She had some pain so she took a Pecid complete pill, on the bottle it says not to take the pecid pill if you take an acid reducer, but she took Nexium this morning, is she going to be ok?

I found all of the drivers that I would need for my laptop, but I had to use another computer, how would i get the downloads to my laptop from the other computer?

I just got my laptop to turn on after a while of not having it working. I gave to a friend a while ago to fix because i was having problems with it being on. The friend put a new hard drive in it, and he uploaded windows XP onto it and took windows vista off. Now i did want windows XP on the pc because vista was too complicated. this is a wi-fi laptop but i have no connections at all and i can't recieve connections. the computer says i dont have the correct hardware. The friend said that I should be able to connect to the internet, but I can't. What should i do?

My last question was a little misleading. I had said that my fiance was coughing mucous, but she wasn't coughing, she is vomiting mucous. Can anyone help us stop this?

My fiance is coughing up mucous which she says she feels coming from her stomach. She can't sleep because every few minutes she's bent over in a trash can coughing up mucous mixed with what seems to be food. Can someone tell me if there's anything we can do to stop this?

I live in PA and i have a car which is in my name and my father's name. My father passed away last year and i need to have his name removed from the title in order to junk the car. I called the tags place and they told me that i would have to fill out a reassignment form. I was wondering if i would also have to get a new title as well? that's a question that i forgot to ask the lady at the tags place and it just came to mind, that's why I'm asking it. Thanks.

I was adopted in 1994 when I was five. I was adopted with my two older sisters. Now i'm trying to find my biological family but I am having some trouble because apparently the case is closed and its almost impossible to find any info on my biological family. Does anyone know if there's anything i can do? I live in Pennsylvania if that helps.

My guinea pigs are too hungry. usually i would feed them a bowl of cabbage and a handful of pellets and that would last them all day. they would have cabbage all day and they would have left over pellets. but for about the last week, they seem to be hungry a couple hours after i feed them. Is there something wrong? Should I feed them as much as they want

I need to clean my EGR passages and I was wondering what should I use to clean them with. I have a 1998 Chrysler Sebring if that helps.
