or the whole bunch? 1 whole bunch seems like a lot of celery but so does 1 (16 oz.) jar of green olives & 5 bunches of green onions. Also, I wonder if those artichoke hearts need to be chopped or quartered or what?
2 boxes Uncle Ben's Wild Rice mix, original flavor not quick cook & prepared according to package directions except omit butter & reduce water by 1/3.
1 (16 oz.) jar green olives, chopped
2 cans artichoke hearts in water, not marinated
5 bunches green onions, chopped
1 whole stalk celery, chopped
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Mix together with 2 cups of mayonnaise.

I've washed, cleaned & cut my chicken thighs in strips. I was just going to marinate them in taco seasoning for awhile before cooking them on the stove. Think it would be ok to marinate the onion & bell pepper strips with the chicken?
