i'm 15, i have a pretty bad overbite. i made out with a guy for the first time and our teeth kept hitting... which was embarrassing. so now i'm sort of insecure about it, i feel like he will think of me as a bad kisser or like i have horse teeth or something haha! Is this normal to happen? is it because of my overbite or because it was my first time really making out and i'm just not good at it?do other people have this problem? haha okay well thanks for any answers.

my friend and i "experimented" with beer last night for the first time, (we are 15)

and i was in the bathroom literally ALL night because i just had to pee sooo bad. like every two minutes ahha! i only had like a beer and a half... is this normal? it was such a pain in the A**. My friend didn't have this problem as bad atleast, but i just kept having to pee soo much. why is this?

p.s. please don't lecture about young drinking ages, we are both very mature, we set limits, and we didn't even get drunk we just wanted to see how the alcohol would affect us.) and, well, i found out in more ways than one haha:) anyways, thank you for any help!

what is your opinion on girls with short hair? would you date one?

i'm not talking about that choppy dry shoulder length stuff... but a cute edgy pixie cut with side swept like-bangs. i am 16, and i have full lips, big eyes, and slender face and body. i am really into fashion and stuff and i put a lot of effort in to what i wear... i like to dress really unique and edgy but at the same time sort of cute and indie and girly! :) i personally love the cut, but i feel like guys hate it. do guys think girls like this are un-attractive? :/ because i feel really self contious about it sometimes. thank you <3

so i am 14 years old... and about to go on my first date with a 15 year old guy that i really like. my question is... what are some ideas that we could do on our first "date"? and what do we talk about? and any other advice would be great. i have never been kissed before... do people usually like, kiss on the first date or what??? he has a lot more experience than i do... so i don't want to feel really awkward and ebarrassed :/

hello!! :) so first of all i am a 14 almost 15 year old girl going into freshman year next year and i reallllyyy want some cute new clothes for starting high school. my parents hardly EVER buy me clothes, besides shoes and a winter jacket. and i mean, my parents are definately not rich. but not poor either. we are pretty average. (3 1/2 bedroom house, 2 cars, public school, and my parents are always very considerate before buying something.) we have some periods of time when we have to cut back on spending completely untill we can save a little. other than that, we live pretty well. so. my question is WHAT DO YOU THINK WOULD BE A GOOD SPENDING BUDGET FOR BACK TO SCHOOL SHOPPING? IF YOU ARE A TEEN, THEN DO YOU HAVE ANY SORT OF BUDGET? :) AND HOW SHOULD I GO ABOUT CONVINCING MY PARENTS? THANKS! XOXO

i watch a lot of teenage girl youtube gurus, and i am always amazed at how many high end cosmetics, and endless wardrobe pieces they have. they always say they pay for their own everything, for example juicystar07 SAYS she has three jobs and works non-stop for her products. in my opinion, this is B.S. other examples are macbarbie07, who is only 14, and i know a few even younger. when i was 14, i had not nearly that much!!! anyways, do you think they are lying or telling the truth when they say they pay for it all themselves, also they are not sponsored?

about 3 or 4 days before i start my period, i'll start to have to pee a lot during the day. its almost like a UTI, but i know i don't have one because it happens EVERY MONTH! and its always right before that time of the month. :/ its reeaally annoying and uncomfortable and the urge to pee comes on really strong and i need to go right away. does this happen to anyone else??? is this normal or should i be worried? thanks!

okay. i will try not to make this long because i know everyone hates reading long questions. anyways... basically i have had very severe anxiety and depression and some OCD for the past year. it has become so bad that i can hardly leave the house, i am now having to be homeschooled, and as a fourteen year old girl, its really hard for me not being able to see my friends. i remember way back when this had only been going on for a few months, my mom promised me i would be back in school and happy in no time... and now here i am with no improvement. i am seeing heaps on therapists and i am on an anti-depressant. I cry every night and to be honest i feel like my problems are tearing our family apart. my brother is saving money to move in with our grandparents because he's sick of hearing me cry every night. i feel like my life is going nowhere with improving. and quite frankly, i feel like i will have to live my life like this, and if i would have to live like this... i just feel like its not even worth it. i am not a very religious person.... but i was wondering if i should take up reading the bible and praying to god (i have tried this before) and maybe this will somehow miraculously give me a future? i don't know... because honestly i have just run out of ideas... and i basically just feel hopeless. :'( i want to die. i'm sick of cutting myself, and screaming and crying every night while i watch everyone else my age live comfort lives of normal teenagers. i have a lot to offer this world... and i can't live in a prison of something i can't control. please? if anyone has ANY advice, i would really appreciate it. thank you.

this question is for anyone to answer really... but preferably teenagers and parents of teenagers! :) anyways... my questions are:

1. what do you think is a fair weekly allowance for a teenager between 13-16???

2. what would be the weekly requirements to keep this allowance?

3. if you are a young teen... what is your allowance budget?

keep in mind that... i am a pretty good kid... i keep straight A's, (sometimes B's...) i never get into trouble... i help out along the house... and for a while now i have been doing the chores for our cat. (i.e. litter box, food, etc.) i clean up after myself... keep my room clean... do some stuff around the house when asked. Another thing to keep in mind is that my parents have decided i buy my own clothes. (using babysitting money, etc.) I am really into fashion and things... so they say i don't NEED clothes. which is true... but at this point i am having to buy my own socks, bras, shoes, new clothes for school... etc. and this is pretty hard working with a 14 year old's income!! ;D anyways... i would realllyyy appreciate any answers. i want to ask my parents about this.. but don't want to seem bratty or spoiled or nagging. thank you!! :)

i'm going to be a freshman next year, and i really want to try out for cheerleading, even though it would be my first time cheerleading.I don't really know any jumps, ive looked up some stuff and i can do a perfect scorpian and bow and arrow. i don't have a background in gymnastics, but i DO have a background in figure skating. so i have excellent balance, flexibility, strength and coordination. even though i have never done cheer, do you think i should try for the varsity squad? what are the requirements and do you think i would be at that level? thanks any cheer experts haha :)

she yells at me constantly for little things like calling my brother a name or something stupid. then she yanks me up and grabs my arms and starts shaking me, cussing at me and calling me a "selfish fat b*tch." just because i didn't do the dishes or got in a little bicker with my brother. (normal teenage stuff, right?) i mean, she could have atleast talked it out with me in a mature way, instead of throwing me to the floor and flipping out. I don't know if she has personal issues or what, but you should not physically grab and hurt your daughter for something completely ridiculous. its not like i got pregnant, or killed somebody, right? I am very confused because our family is not that messed up. we live in a good house, my parents are together, we seem pretty normal. what should i do?? Even after i apologize to my brother, or do the dishes, she still finds ways to blame me in every situation, and it always ends withe me crying and litterally trying to defend myself. she never does throw punches, or leave bruses, etc. but it hurts when it happens! and it hurts really bad emotionally, because i feel like i am being abused at this point. is this abuse?? WHAT should i do?? she NEVER does this to my brother! what's going on? i'm fourteen by the way :(

i am 14, and i have almost no boobs. (size 34A.) i'm not completely flat chested, but i'm close to being flat. i've already had my period, and i've already grown alot, and i don't want to live with itty bitty tittys! (lol) and i definately DO NOT wanna get a boob job when i grow up. thats just gross and weird. i feel like i'm pretty attractive/avarage looking otherwise, but this is my main insecurity. i get teased about it by my friends sometimes. so... is there anything i can do about this? (also i'm a swimmer and its sooooo embarrassing when i wear a tight speedo type swimsuit and i look so freakin flat chested! *_* any way to make this so much less embarrassing??
