I currently work in Human Resources as a Specialist in a large growing company. I am looking at going into a EAP coordinater position or a employment development specialist. For the company i work for they base what your job can be based off of certifications that you have. If you are in one of these two positions what certifications should you seek/books that will assist in this transition. I appreciate your help and guidance.

I plan on buying from a dealership a Mazda Mazda 3 Hatchback I touring. This is my first time buying a brand new car (Ive owned several cars, all bought used from car-max) and i am unsure how how to really haggle. I know this car is new so it will be much harder to really lower, but i am unsure of how to go about to do so. I do plan on putting down a large down-payment of 7,500. Will this help me lock a lower price? Any tips? What do you think would be a reasonable price to get it down to? The 23,400 is the total MSRP (with destination fee)

Hey! I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo (4 Litre engine). I feel like i have been going through a little more coolant that is normal, having to fill it up one every 4-6 weeks. Other problem is that my oil pressure will drop to about 1/8 when i drive 30 mins. No idea what to do, or what it could be. Maybe the head gasket? Looking for any advice, or what you think it may be.

It says that you can use 4200k or higher lights or what not for this model. I want to have a light blue color, do i need to buy a conversion kit to do this transformation for the lights? Also do i need a stronger battery for the car, or should i have a dual battery for the car? Also what brand would be best for the light blue color. (I dont want that cheap crappy looking blue, i want the nice one)
