that gambling is a sin? If I asked (prayed) to God to help me win the lotto would it be wrong?

All I can say is WOW. If God will allow Lucifer to total destroy and kill his most faithful followers life, home, family, and livelihood just to make a point or win a bet with someone he has cast out of heaven what does that say for the rest of us. I pray this story was made up by men because if it is true what does that say about God and his so called love for us. I pray to God all the time and ask for forgiveness for my sins but this story has set me back on my heels. Can anyone explain a way out of Gods total callous disregard for Job feelings. Job was Gods boy and he destroyed his life over a bet with the devil. Cant be true! Say it isn't so!

God says he is a jealous God and there should be no other Gods before him. People continual speak of Jesus as if HE is going to save everyone. Only through me shall you be saved was Jesus words but what I have a problem with is this. Jesus is the way the WORD of God so in order to get to God you must follow the word NOT the man Jesus. I believe to much emphasis is being placed on Jesus. Why cant we say the Word. (I know Jesus died for our sins but he died BECAUSE God wanted him too) Don't get me started on the cross and how it is idol worshipping.

I have heard there are over Six hundred laws but the average person nowadays only know the TEN commandments. Are we in trouble here? Shouldn't we know all the laws? Will God hold this against me and you when you go before him. Please this is an honest question and I would really like a answer from someone knowledgably in this.

The universe miraculously sprang from nothing and all matter coalesced into planets and life sprang from nothing then why cant you believe in God? There is no proof for either idea.

the fall of the dinosaurs. Who is to say that there haven't been many other civilization before us. We (human race) haven't been around very long if we died today and another civilization sprang up in a million years would they believe we ever existed.

Who came to this universe and through his advanced technical knowledge created worlds and life forms. seeing that his creations were dangerously violent he created rules (The bible) to try and keep them from destroying themselves. It is possible that God is an advanced life form and that we are mistaking his advanced knowledge for magic.

Adam and Eve and their children came about. People ask were did there wives come from? Where did all the other people come from. It clearly states in the Bible that God created man and then he created Adam. Why is everyone having such a hard time with this?

God himself? Some say he is God while others say he is the son of God. If he IS God why would he ask himself why he has been forsaken when he was on the cross. I believe he is the son of God sent here by God to help us. (A true role model for how we should be). Can anyone offer any insight into this beyond the cryptic descriptions in the Bible.

it will take before the mixing of the different ethnic peoples creates a singular race of say all tanned peoples? when this happen what do you think we will have to be racist about.

so if they are true that means that spirits are real. if spirits are real then the after life is real. if the after life is real then a superior being is also a possibility. What do you think.

In order to deny God don't you have believe that he exists. How can you deny something that you don't believe in in the first place. You know you like him just admit it. You lie awake at night sometimes wondering what heaven is like secretly asking the darkness to forgive you for your sins. Go ahead admit it you can believe in him he believes in you.

Atheist can make the point that we don't need God and that God is not real but I would like to ask this. We need religion like we need the law. We need to feel protected and safe. We need to feel as if there is someone out there looking after our best interests. we need to have structure in our lives. Most of all when we pick up the phone to dial 911 or the bible to pray that someone will be on the other end to help us. God is important to our society at large and just like the law it is the only thing that keeps most of us feeling safe in an unruly world. Your opinions please.
