I'm 5'2'' and weigh 110 pounds at 19 years old. I know that's not nearly overweight, but I used to weigh 103 and I can see a huge different in appearance just from those few pounds on my hips and my thighs. I'm eating very healthy & walking throughout the day (for my job as a camp counselor). Why am I seeing no results, and what can I do to make the process of losing weight go a little fast ??? Help !!

I'm allergic to fake silver, but my favorite necklace happens to be fake silver. What can I do in order to stop myself from getting painfully itchy breakouts when I wear the necklace ? My mother said to paint the necklace with clear nailpolish but that didn't work too well. I'm thinking that soaking it in alcohol might have an effect. Any ideas ?

so my cousin has a problem. she's 16 and just started having sex with her boyfriend. she was telling me about it the other day, and told me that she usually has him go "all the way" BEFORE having sex, and then after he's finished, that's when they will actually have intercourse. i told her though that she should do her routine the other way around because i always thought that if i guy gets ANY sperm inside a girl at ALL, he can get her pregnant. meaning that there might still be some left over, and then during intercourse it could travel and get her pregnant. Then i consulted my friend about it, and she said that sperm dies as soon as it hits the air. who is right ? please give me and my cousin some advice..

so i dyed my hair dark dark brown 2 months ago with those little herbal essences boxes things for like 7 bucks or whatever. lately though, about a month after i dye it, it always starts getting way lighter.. like back to my normal color (which is a medium brown). so i'm going on vacation on july 2nd, and want to dye my hair dark dark brown again. but i thought i heard once before that you are only supposed to dye your hair once every 3 months.. and it's only been 2 since the last time i dyed it. is what i heard true ? do i have to wait 3 months to dye it again ?..

I am 18 years old, and I live with my mother, my twin brother, and my 26 year old brother. My dad just recently moved out, due to my parents having a divorce. Both of my brothers are never home, and they are always out getting drunk and partying.

I always feel bad about leaving the house to go out with my friends because I feel like my mom is miserable and lonely at home by herself.

Lately I have noticed that I've been worrying about her dying. I know that she is still young (about 50 years old), but the thought is always in my head. If she leaves for work in the morning, I will worry about her all day if I forget to tell her that I love her. And I feel that when she goes out to the grocery store, I just want her to come home so that nothing happens to her.

I find myself always feeling bad if I forget to say bye, or if I don't call to check in with her every few hours.

What could this mean, and why do I feel like this ???

Ladies, while you were on birth control, did your boobs grow ? when my doctor prescribed me with TriNessa, she said that my boobs will most likely grow a full cup size, and they definitely did. Now i am switching to Yasmin, and I am hoping that they will grow again :D. did your boobs grow when you went on birth control ? if so, what was the name of the birth control that did it ? just curious =) thanks

So tomorrow (saturday) i have to go to an ourdoor orientation for the YMCA. it starts at 9 AM and ends at 4 PM. but the weather tomorrow is supposed to be cloudy and rainy in the morning, and then change to hot and sunny in the afternoon. Do you think I should wear shorts or pants tomorrow then ?? I can't decide. I don't want to wear pants and then be so hot later in the day.. but then again I don't want to wear shorts and be freezing and wet in the morning. What would you do in my situation ? Thanks !

So I am bisexual and ever since I was little I was always really tomboyish. I am 18 now, though, and am starting to get way more in touch with my feminine side and I love it. I have a boyfriend, but whenever he wants to start touching me, I kind of brush it off like I'm not interested. I am interested, but just not in the mood I guess.

Lately though, I've been having more and more dreams about me holding hands with girls, kissing girls, and being in relationships with girls.

My boyfriend jokes with me and says "you don't want me to touch you because you'd rather be touched by a girl". I have never been with a girl, but my boyfriend and I have been together for a year and a half and are soo happy together.

But i'm beginning to question myself. Maybe I'm becoming more attracted to girls than guys? I'm not sure. I feel like I'm so in love with my boyfriend ! But lately girls have been on my mind soo much. Please give me some advice !!

Okay so I'm 18 years old and weigh about 100 pounds. I'm 5'2'' and have always been really tiny. Ever since I was little, though, I was really good at sports and gym was my favorite subject in school. I could do way more chinups than any other kids in my class, and I always accomplished things to the top of my ablility when it came to sit ups, push ups, and anything like that.

Ever since about a month ago, I have not been to the gym once in my life and I have completely stopped doing any kind of sports whatsoever.

Just the other day I was playing wiffleball with my boyfriend and his little brother, and I got sooo sore the next day just from swinging the bat!!! This goes to show you how out of shape I am...

Even so, my abs are as hard as a rock, my stomach is completely flat, and the muscles in my arms are embarassingly big for a girl.

I started going to the gym with a friend of mine. We excersize a lot, but I wake up the next morning and I'm NEVER sore!! What's the problem?!?!
