I would love to hear how you turned things around and made something of yourselves.

Been suffering with this now for several years. I'm not sure if it is related to something in my diet or is congenital?

But It affects me doing my job to my best ability and my concentration is severely hampered.

It usually lasts from 1 day-3 days, and feels like my IQ is down by 50 points.

They are highly judgemental and I never feel like I can relax and be myself as they are monitoring my every word and action.

I have been struggling with ADD like symptoms for years. I have been to the doctors a number of times. My local GP keeps referring me to so called specialists who think I am just depressed.

But I know myself and I am not depressed. I have difficulty with brain fog and processing speed, worst of all is my concentration.

Seems like they will do anything to avoid prescribing me with the medication I need.

What should I do? I can't go on living like this!!

I am 30 years old with no degree or much qualifications .Had a rough upbringing so wasn't able to focus on studying while I was young.

I have a level 3 qualification in electrical installation. I worked with a guy for 3 months wiring up houses. It brought me no pleasure of stimulation. And was doing it purely for the money.

Not sure if I can see myself being an electrician for the rest of my life.

I have been asking this question my whole life. I am just endlessly drifting without any direction.

Been teaching for awhile now. And seems most of the hours are like 2-3 hours in the evening. Which sucks.

Injave started a new job and have no passion for it so far. I don't find what I am doing stimulating. I have been in this job for 3 months. Should I do it for a year before I come to this rash decision to try something else?

I underperformed in school, and have done many jobs since leaving. 10 years on I know what I want to do. But I am rebuilding my life slowly but steadily. I am retaking my GCSE s this academic year.
