Is it possible to make swim teaching a full time job here in UK?
Been teaching for awhile now. And seems most of the hours are like 2-3 hours in the evening. Which sucks.

Your problem is that, unless you are teaching professionals, you have to work around your students' existing school or work hours. I suggest you look into teaching on Saturdays and Sundays to give yourself additional hours.
