Can people be trusted to pay the extra buck to support our economy? Or do we have to face the possibility that we may need some sort of system (dare I say tariff) that gives incentive to those who support our own economy.

I've heard too many times that socialism has never worked and will never work, when in truth, some of today's most prosperous, non oil-based nations are based on socialist style governments. Sweden, Finland, South Korea, Australia. Even Germany despite its EU, which most liberals will admit has been a complete fail, affiliation.

Im 14 years old and started thinking about colleges 1 year ago (its kind of fun). What I keep on thinking is that I want to go to West Point Military Academy. I come from a military family (dad was gunnery sergent in Vietnam, bronze star recipient, and my grandpa has a purple heart from WWII). I often think of my life compared to my moms and dads as kids and mine is probably a lot better. I think I have it a lot easier than my parents had it. I feel very strong about joining the military some time in my life (is that normal at my age?) but whenever I hinted it to my dad he didn't say anything but he seemed like he didn't like the idea. Thanks to my dad and mom I am very well rounded (sports, high honor roll) so I think that if I push hard enough in my future I can get into West Point. I think my dad wants me to do better than him because he always says how much smarter I am than he was when he was my age and says he thinks I am going to be very successful.

What I do know is that you get a bachelor degree in Science (Engineering) from West Point and enter the army as a 2nd LutenistI dont know is what I can do after. If I were to go to West Point and serve my time I would be in my late 20's when I am done (a lot of time lost). I also thought working for the government would be cool.

So my main qestions are what I can do after West Point, is it normal for a boy my age to feel such honor in the idea of joining the army, and what is my dad feeling?

So here is my situation. I'm 14 years old, and a little behind on puberty. A lot of the time when my friends mess around with each other (make fun of, Im straight) they talk about penis size. Obviously if i am behind on puberty i am going to have a smaller penis than others. Another problem is I am tall, 5 foot 10 so if someone a kid sees my penis and thinks its small given my height will they make a big deal of it? Anybody with input I would appreciate.

Hi, I am 13.5 years old and I am wondering how I can tell I am really starting to develop. I am 5'8 so I am one of the tallest kids in my class yet I don't appear to be as far ahead in puberty as the other kids in my class. I do not have underarm hair and have few hair in my "lower" area. I am also wondering if weight training is healthy for someone that is not very far into puberty. I play basketball and I want to get an competitive edge by lifting weights.

I only know one present day football player that is from New York and it is Ray Rice (New Rochelle). I'm sure that there are some more from upstate but can someone explain this to me?

I have a W/R/T flex position (Wide receiver, running back, tight end) and I need to fill that spot with either Mike Sims-Walker vrs. Titans, Ahmad Bradshaw (who I have in now) vrs. Kansas City, or Knoshon Moreno vrs. Dallas.

They all had good games last week. I know the running back situation is still split between various backs in Denver. Bradshaw gets few carries but I see him getting more this week. And Sims-Walker is the number 1 receiver for the Jaguars.

Is he a start in a 14 person league. I have Ahmad Bradshaw and Knowshon Moreno as other options.
