Design an experimental conditioning using a “Skinner Box” where you utilize the principles of Operant Conditioning. Explain how the behavior of the animal or human (if it is a really large Skinner box) is shaped or “Operated upon” by the introduction of a reinforcer. Be sure to explain what behavior you want your subject to learn and perform in order to gain the reinforcing stimulus. Then, in step tow of your experimental design, introduce a discriminative stimulus and explain how your subject’s behavior is altered by this additional variable.

How come the CDC is holding the medicine to Swine flu just in case it becomes an epidemic? It doesn't make much sense to me. Obviously if we have about 5 thousand cases already in the US, wont it be obvious it will eventually become an epidemic if the medicine isn't given to those who have it? What can we do to make our voices herd? Can we write to the CDC?

My brother always does something crazy and special for my birthday. One year he and my cousin filled my room up with 'POST ITS' with cute little sayings and stuff. This year he got a group of people to contribute for a car stereo and installed it for me as a surprise while I was sleeping at night. There is a Hillsong United concert going on and I am getting my friends to help contribute help out so he could go. I just need an idea on how I should surprise him with the gift. The tickets will be shipped to me by mail the week before the concert in August, and his birthday is tomorrow! What should I do?

I was dating a guy that we didn't see eye to eye on certain things. Though he was a nice guy and all he seems really persistent in being my friend after we ended things. The thing is I don't want to be his friend because it was hard for me to just pretend to be friends if i still have feelings for him. Altough I have moved on with my feelings every time I see him at work, he seems to put me in this position where he blames me for the break up... bring up the past of our relationship and than he tries to kiss me! Whats so annoying about it is that I have told him we can be friends only if we can just keep it "just friends" but he continues not to respect my decisions and test my limits. I have gotten mad at him, and have told him we can't be friends, but than he gives me a pity party and tries to continue to pursue a friendship. Plus I just met another guy and he seems interested in me, I'm afraid if I tell him, he will go physcho on me... what should I do?

Okay so there's this guy whom I have been crushing on for a while, I think he is interesteded in me because he wrote to me on my facebook that he wanted to see more of me and hang out sometime. Well I saw him the other day and he asked me if I wanted to grab a cup of coffee with him on Thursday night... I dont want to be too overly dressed and stuff. I have this guy I was talking to for like 3 months. I ended things with him because we had diffrent view of things...and diffrent lives and things just werent going to work out, although we had a good connection. Well about 3 days ago we started talking again and we told each other that we really miss each other and that we arent over each other yet. After work we met and sat outside and talked. He was acting really funny. he would get close to me but yet he would get up again and stand in front of me... than he's sit back down again and when I would stare at him he would look away. He would put his arms around me but would pat my shoulders like a friendly type of pat... (it was weird) I felt like what we had before isnt the same. It kinda felt weird for me... and although i tried getting comfy with him he was just acting like a big mess. I wonder maybe he doesnt feel connection any more or maybe I was being tooo clingy?? although I didnt just automatically threw myself at him or anything... i just put my head on his shoulder.. which isnt a crime but when I asked him this morning why he was acting weird yesterday his escuse was he hasnt been with a girl in a long time so he felt nervous than he changed the subject automatically.... I cant seem to help but think we lost chemistry and he feels it he just doesnt want be up front about it... not to hurt me... or something... What should i do??
