I recently went to the drivers license office to obtain a class E drivers license. The guy who processed all my information told me it was only his second day after he had to retake my picture and signature. Yesterday I checked my mail and found two letters from the drivers license office. I received two new drivers licenses. Each one has a different signature and different picture from when the guy at the office had to retake my picture. One of the licenses has the same drivers license number as my previous license, but the second license has a completely different number. Is it illegal for me to have two LEGAL drivers licenses issued by the state? Can I start using my new drivers license, with the new license number, and clean driving history for something such as insurance so that my rates are reduced? I'm really in a pickle here and don't know what I can and cannot do.

I know that there are many factors which lead to the demise of Apartheid in South Africa, but Im having a hard time differentiating between them, and grouping factors into central themes. I need someone to outline for me the 4 MAIN factors which lead to the demise of apartheid in South Africa, and give a little explanation for each. Thanks!

I am an amateur photographer, and pride myself on my self taught photography skills. I have come to a point in my life where i need to come up with a good bit of money in a relatively short period of time, and decided to utilize a skill I have to make some money. So Im going to give a little background information before I get to the point. I am 21 years old, and go to a University in St. Louis. My girlfriend is 18 years old, we have been dating for almost 5 months now, and I love her to death. She is from the country. Her nearest neighbor lives half a mile away, and she has been pretty sheltered her whole life. Now that she has come to college in the city she has really gotten into the party life. She gets drunk on a regular basis, and smokes fairly often too. There doesn't seem to be an in between level of intoxicated for her. Its either sober or pretty crazy drunk. She seems to think that nothing bad will ever happen to her in the city, because she isn't used to city life. I have lived in St. Louis for 15 years now, and have a pretty firm understanding of the city life. As much as I tell her to be careful, she blows me off and tells me she knows what she's doing and is just having fun. She is an adorable girl, and isn't very big. She also has recently started liking to go to clubs and dub step concerts a lot. And it bothers me when she goes because she gets drunk and wears skirts that are REALLY short. I tell her that it bothers me, but she doesn't care and says she just wants to have fun, and that Im not her dad. My biggest fear is that she is going to get raped, kidnapped, or something else bad. And she doesn't like it when I go to the clubs with her or to the concerts. Is it wrong of me to not like her to wear really short skirts, get drunk, and go to these places when I'm not there? And when I do tell her I don't like it, for her to get mad at me? Im pretty confused here and could use some advice.

Im 17 years old, and I live in St. Louis. I have a car, but Im absolutely broke. I dont have any money to go to like Bush Stadium or Skyzone. My limit per outing is probably like $10. Does anyone have any suggestions of where me and my friends can go in St. Louis to hangout with out dropping a boat load of cash? PLEASE HELP!!!!

I need a good way to mask a spray painted item in my room. I live in a dorm and don't need any trouble. I was thinking about putting the spray painted item in the freezer. Any ideas?

We had a crack in the drainage line of our sink. So we shut off the water to our sink, under the sink. We fixed the cracked drain in the basement. And then attempted to turn the water back on. The water no longer runs to our sink. I am completely dumbfounded. Did I dislodge something in the pipes only to relodge it and block the water? Please help I need water!!!!

Ok so I'm in college and I went on an outdoor orientation trip for five days and brought my keys with me, when I got back from my trip I got to my door, and took my keys out of my backpack and unlocked my dorm room door. I then put my backpack down at the head of my bed and threw my keys towards the foot of my bed. Im almost positive I heard them hit wood, and I didn't bother to see where exactly they went. My keys have 10 keys on it (including my dorm room key), a small pocket knife, a small flashlight, and a bottle opener, so it isnt exactly like they could just completely disappear. But alas, here I am 3 days later, completely keyless. Last night I took all the sheets off my bed, and my mattress and looked all underneath my bed and in my sheets. They are nowhere to be found!!! At this point Im literally starting to think they have desintegrated into thin air. My room is set up like this [DESK][B E D][dresser] closet||| and my roommates side of the room is the same. My bed, dresser and desk are all made out of wood, and there is also a 3 tier wooden bookshelf above my desk. I have some boxes and duffle bags underneath my bed, a 9ft kayak along side my bed, and my closet is an open space. I have been searching for them for the last 2 days, and my roommate is starting to feel uncomfortable about leaving our door unlocked, but i have no option, also my bike is locked up outside with a key thats on my key ring. So in closure, I am in DIRE need of any ideas, I am starting to lose my mind! Please help!! I will award the best answer to the answer that leads me to my keys!!! Thanks!!

Ok so I have a 1967 Volvo 122s (Amazon) that is sitting outside and I am in the midst of restoring it. My dad made me move it out of the garage this weekend so we can move our firewood in to stay dry for the winter. The last time I left it in the rain, the inside carpets were SOAKED with water and it took over 3 weeks to dry up, even with the doors open. It is expected to rain here tomorrow, and they're saying thunderstorms. Does anyone have a possible low cost solution that would extinguish my qualms about my baby getting waterlogged and rusty, and fast?!

I just bought a 1967 Volvo 122s and I need to buy all new tires for it, the tires it has on now are 165/SR15 tires. What does the SR in the middle mean? Also where can I buy some of these tires?

I am a nature lover, I love camping, kayaking, canoeing, animals, wilderness, wilderness survival, photography, and I want to volunteer somewhere over the summer that would look good on a college application, where are some outdoorsy places that would suit my personal info well?

Ok so next year is my senior year. I dream is to become a wildlife conservationist/park ranger/ wildlife managment agent. I need to go to college and get a major in an outdoorsy major. I love the outdoors, I love animals, I love camping, exploring remote places, photography, mountain biking, kayaking, canoeing, WILDERNESS SURVIVAL, offroading, animal behavior, and hiking. My high school GPA so far is about 3.00. I have been a mediocre student and I really need to buckle down my senior year and focus. I have already taken Animal behavior this year, but my class schedule for my senior year includes the following classes; Moder Literature, Child Development, Film Appreciation, Studio Art (a prerequisite for photography), Photography, Psychology, Creative Writing, American Military History Post WWII, Pre-Calculus, Forensic Science ( like CSI stuff), Enviromental Science, and Plants & People (how poeple use plants). What Major would be a good major for me? Will these classes look good?

Does anyone know of any good colleges that have MAJORS in either Enviromental Science/Studies, Wildlife & Wilderness Managment, or Natural Resources & Conservation? A school in an outdoorsy enviroment would be a plus as well. ( For example I know UNCA is right next to the Smoky Mountains in a small little town.
