Exercise Question?

What is a realistic weight loss goal for a week were I run 2 miles each day during the week and 6 miles on the Saturday and Sunday? I would also be eating healthy during this time.

You should aim for weight loss of 1-2 pounds per week.

Losing 1-2 lbs. a week would mean a caloric deficit of about 5000 calories. That's a huge amount--you would need drugs, or a crash diet, to do that. Any fluctuations in that range are more likely water weight. Shoot for a pound every other week.
