Good exercise routine for a beginner.?
Im a 22 year old single mom of a 6month old...I go to school full time...and I have a full time job...how I do it beats me...lol...but I have found time to go to the gym 5 days a week for 30 minutes to an hour. I really dont know where to start. I really cant afford a personal trainer so any advise on what to do will be greatly appreciated. I start today..and will do so on the treadmill for about 30 minutes...after that, I dont know where to go...help!!
