Being naturally too skinny, how do I gain weight? 115lb guy?

I eat a lot, but I never gain weight, and if I did, I gain it 3-8 pounds and lose it almost in a week if I stop trying to gain weight. I don't exercise often, how should I begin? what should I do? Can I start at home since I'm soo thin and too embarrased to go to a gym? I'm a guy, and I'm only ~115 lbs (my natural weight I keep coming back to), 21 year old. I'm also 5'10"

Try eating loads of protein foods, like egg or bread, and make sure to have big breakfasts! Also if you want to keep fit as well, you could try sit ups at home or maybe even weights and press ups? (if you are into that sort of thing)

make it a point to use the steps whenever possible use the bathroom on a different floor at work take the stairs at the bus station the airport or the mall
