Couple of things. You can add water or a can of broth. Many times soup that contains rice/pasta and is frozen, the pasta will absorb much of the liquid.
I don't like the idea of adding a powdered bullion as they are often loaded with salt and/or preservatives and the intensity can vary wildly from one brand to the next.
If a cream based soup, a bit of milk would suffice. If it is a thick cream based soup. mix in a roux to thicken.

Of course. If it's a chicken soup, you can add water and chicken bullion cubes or if it's beef, use beef bullion if you don't have any other kind of broth. A cup of water per cube makes broth. You could just add water, but it would affect the taste of your soup.
I have to add broth every time I reheat my soup and I use the bullion cubes.

You can add water or broth and reheat it. If it's cream based, you can add milk. Just add the liquid and stir.
