    Iron Man possesses powered armor which gives him superhuman strength, virtual invulnerability, flight, and an array of weapons whereas X-O's armor wraps itself around him, forming a telepathic link that enables it to react at extreme speed to any threat. Although both armors are advanced, Aric's (X-O's) armor will help him win a battle against Iron Man. Considering X-O is technically time most primitive man on Earth after being captured by the aliens, he should be accustomed to dealing with futuristic technology. Being fifteen hundred years behind everyone else on Earth gives him a chance to learn how to cope with his environment. Not only that, but he has to deal with the aliens who owned his armor-- All that Iron Man has to offer in the battle is a threatening suit with multiple weapons built into it-- and considering weapons are threats, X-O's armor can react easily.

    Just my opinion. ^^;;

    *Edit*

    I forgot to add:

    Ironman's already battling with alcoholism and other some personal issues-- this makes him more vulnerable, does it not?

    I think X-O man of war would win as well. At least in a "realistic" like battle. If it's in Iron Man's comic then Iron Man would win.

    Iceman, I'd love to answer this, but sadly, I never read any X-O (or Turok) stuff. So, I don't know.

    I tried wikipedia for information on this mysterious (to me) armored warrior, but came up pretty much empty.

    From what I've read, though, I think he could dismantle Tony, even without help from Fin-Fang-Foom.
