Who else thinks that Israel is in the right and should not let up until the kidnapped soldier is given back?
I think that Israel has to use so much force because the Palestinians are SO violent and stubborn!! If they were they never would have kidnapped the soldier iin the first place or killed people based on a land conflict and their religion. I for one hope Isreal keeps kicking butt. And if you thinl Israelis are the terrorists and you're gonna side with the Palestinians and mention all the "massacres" the Israelis have done: in the first place all those "massacres" were in retaliation for something the Palestinians Started. and in the second place you obviously don't agree with me, so why are you asnwereing the question in the first place. I want to see how many people agree with me on this and why. Not the other way around.
GOD!!!! YOU PEOPLE!!!! did you not read my freakin question?!?!' Don't answer of you don't agree!! I don't care if you opinion differs from mine. I know history and I am not antisemitic like the arabs and the muslims. You will not change my mind. If you didn't notice I support the ISRAELIS!!! why are you asnwering if you don't agree?? I w¡sais I wanted to knwo how many people agree with me and why I want to know THEIR viewpoints and wnat THEY think.... God! learn how to read!!!
And it's funny... I posted this same question like 3 weeks ago in another category and over the course of 2 weeks I got 6 lousy answers... I put this one up here for 5 minutes and I get 24....

I don't think Israel should let up until ALL who would stand against them are dead. I'm sick to death of the Palestinians. They claim Israel attacks them without provocation. Every Arab nation around Israel has attacked them, starting way back in 1949, and Israel has managed to survive... it's time for the Arab world to wake up... Israel isn't going anywhere, they're here to stay, deal with it. If the Palestinians spent half as much energy trying to govern themselves as they do trying to kill Jews, their country would be much more livable. They get what they deserve... constant bombardment from Israeli warplanes and helicopters.
If they think its bad now just wait until Uncle Sam gets involved... we'll blow anybody up, just look at Iraq. These people think its more noble to strap TNT to their chests than to try and live in harmony with Jews. Let them die and rot!

The answer is quite simple. The lebanese government openly harbors Hezbollah. If lebenon wishes israel to stop the bombing, then they have to crack down on the leaders of Hezbollah. The 2 Israeli soldiers should be returned unharmed, case closed.
Imagine what would happen if Canada kidnapped 2 US soldiers from our own soil.... what would we do? That may be a bit of a stretch.... but the concept is still the same. It is an act of terrorism by all definitions.

Do you also support the use of excessive force on Lebanon? BTW, Lebanon is about 48% Christian. And all the political parties want Hezbollah, a Shiite armed militia, to disarm. Do you support the undermining of a democratically elected government that wants to disarm this terrorist organization?
For AmusedOne: the analogy is a bit wrong, because the Lebanese government did not kidnap anybody. And they are trying to disarm Hezbollah. BTW, last time they moved in the army a civil war started. All I am saying is that instead of bombing civilian installation and destroying the credibility of a government that is trying to disarm Hezbollah, things could have been handled differently.

The last time this happened the US sent in Marines to break all the warring parties up. And it was so nice of the Israelis to knowingly fire mortars on those Marines. If the US is smart, we'll sit this one out and let both sides kill each other. Its what they both want anyway and its a lot cheaper than playing peacekeeper every 20 years

its palestinians land in the first place....Isreal is only there because USA had its back for such a long time.....palestinians kidnapped only 2 people ( who are probably still alive) but Isrealy force killed 123 people in Lebnan so far......so i think that Isreal should sign a peace treaty and give palestinianins there land back (which belongs to ARabs in the first placE)

More power to them. Israel peacefully left the gaza strip. What did they get for it? The terrorists got to move closer so they can now easily shoot rockets into their cities. Israel has a right to protect htemselves against these terrorists.

Israel should have done this 20 years ago. It's too bad, they are just now acting on it.
Israel should not stop until 100% of the land is back in Israel's hands.
Islam may learn, one way or the other, they are not welcome there.

I support Israel. I am not a jew. However jews to me mean education, family, and other good things. The rest like Hezbolah or whatever they are called, they are terrorists, and they should call Palestian by a new name, little Iran.
also, power to the israeli army, they do not take crap.

I agree that Isreal is correct in their efforts to retrieve their soldier. I certainly hope the US stands firm on Isreal's side.
