For people who really support president Bush--WHY???

No, this is not a rhetorical question! What do you like about the US president? His amazing vocabulary? His vast knowledge of the nature of the world? His ability to respond in a crisis? I mean, come on, what's not to love?

Update:

No, really. Yes, I make fun of the President. Hell, I shaved my, umm . . . bush in protest when he was elected. But in all seriousness, I want to know why people like him. Give me details. Not just "he's conservative and so am I." What specific policies do you aggree with him on? What character traits do you think he has that cancel out his indeciciveness, love of meaningless war, and obsession with terrorism?

    Low and Behold!!!

I am a Democrat: Lets See Bush, Do I like him??

Yes, on 99% of the issues he has faced. He has done well.

War is he$$ on any President. His approval rating has dropped yes.

But, here is the real question:

Why didn't the Democrats make the change in 2004 in the Last Presidential election?? I know why. John Kerry was why? correct?

I voted for John, as it is my civic duty as a Democrat to support my party's candidate choice. If I want ted to be anything other than a democrat I would change parties. I believe it is the voting Democrats FAULT. we are in this Mess!

But, I support President Bush because he is the President.

Then, again, if you think about it. In 5 years these same questions will be posed about the New Freely Elected President of the USA. So, it really does not matter. Americans can never agree on what fast food restaurant to grab a burger from much less complicated issues like foreign policy.

I bet half the USA does not even know where Baghdad is on a map.

I love him because he's a great leader. He's got the stones to stand up, and kill terrorists. He also has a way about him that reaches out to the people. I guess it's his "good old boy" personality. He's down to earth... He's helped the hard working families of America with the 1000k per child tax credits. Above all, he's a man of faith. His resume isn't bad either. Graduated from two ivy league schools, owned a successful oil business, Governor of Texas more that one term, a great pilot in the air guard... He's pretty awesome!

Source(s): His biography on the White House web site, and my family has done well thanks to those tax credits.

Boy, that's a tough one. There are just so many things to like. Instead of listing the obvious, here's a few obscure reasons.

    1. He thinks that China and the Republic of China are one in the same.

    2. He believes that Pakistan is an Arab nation.

    3. He cannot pronounce the words nuclear or integral

    4. He's the decider.

Why do you bother to ask this question when it is obvious that you wouldn't understand the reasons given? Your bait tactic isn't working, sorry.

I support him because I believe in him - that is all that matters to me! Your opinion means nothing!

I'm going with his ability to make a decision and stick to it. You can't say the same for John Kerry, can you?

I like the fact that he is completely incompetent, which means the Republicans have no shot in '08.....also he is a good source of comic material.
