    Because going around thinking that you and only you are right and you shoot down what everyone else thinks, you wont get to see what other possiblities there can be to change a situation or to make it better. You got to be open and understanding and willing to listen to what others think to have a better idea about things. Not everyone is always right and not everyones ideas are always the best.

    There shouldn't be any judgment attached. Respect is a rare quality we desperately need to bring back!

    it broadens ones perspective and gives you a chance to see things from another point of view. a lot of times one cannot see things clearly due to their own personnel investment emotionally to a subject or simply because they are blocked......a fresh perspective never hurts:)))
