Constructive Dismassal?

I have strong grounds for using the constructive dismassal card. If the company offer an out-of-court settlement (which they are likely to) how much can I expect?

Update:

Thanks for the answers so far guys. I'm UK based, if that helps

Seek legal advise, it will depend on lots of things, what they law says etc.

You need advice from a proffessional, your situation can be influenced by so many factors- how unreasonable is what you company did in relation to you & your job / how big is the company- what would be a reasonable sum for a mulitinational could bankrupt a family business / how long have you worked there? If you can't afford a solicitor there are no win no fee agencies but remember they take a hefty slice of any settlement ( though they are really motivated to get as big a payout as poss as it means more for them )

I'm in the process of doing the same. My solicitor thinks I will get about £16k via the court, so if they offered £10k I might accept.

Check with ACAS but as far as I know the amount starts at £30,000.00 and dont accept the first offer.

Most Americans work Free Will. Workers can be dismissed for a good reason, a bad reason or no reason at all. Unless you have a contract, you can expect nothing. You're username suggests ties to Arizona. Arizona is pretty heavy Republican.
