Well, the Pope isn't a comic book hero unfortunately, and obviously Superman is already an atheist (he's been all over the universe), so I'd like to see Donald Duck promote atheism in comic books.

He doesn't wear pants, so he obviously has no morals. He'd be the perfect comic book figure to represent my beliefs.

Actually, the way fundies talk about the rapture it makes Jesus sound very much like a comic book super hero swooping down to save the day.

There are a whole slew of atheist superheros. Where have you been or at least non-christian. But keeping in the the mood my pic are non comic book charaters but television charaters How about the superbook kids.

I don't read or care for comic books or super heroes, and if I did I would not care if they were atheist or not.
