Who has the best oven roasted red potatoes recipe?

I need a recipe for oven roasted red potatoes to go with my ribs tomorrow night. I'm interviewing a nanny and I've invited her for dinner but......I can't find my recipe I had. I know I went through a lot of butter cooking spray, I added garlic and basil I think. Not sure what else to add or the temperature and time. Help help!!!! Thank you so much in advance guys!

    Roasted Red Potatoes~

    Ingredients

    2 pounds small red potatoes, scrubbed and cut in half (do not peel)

    3 tablespoons olive oil, more if desired

    SEASONINGS TO TASTE:

    Garlic salt

    Fresh ground pepper

    Salt

    Dried rosemary, crushed (for pork ribs you can use Sage)

    Dried parsley

    Dried or fresh minced garlic

    Use a Large Baking pan, line with aluminum foil and coat in cooking spray.

    Directions

    Preheat oven to 425ºF.

    Fill large bowl with cut potatoes.

    Drizzle oil and seasonings over potatoes, stir to coat.

    Place potatoes in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.

    Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes, turning half way through baking time.

    Potatoes should be a light golden brown and tender.

    Serve warm.

    **Try adding a little Parmesan when you take them out of the Oven.

    1/2 pounds small new red potatoes (about 15), scrubbed and dried

    1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

    4 to 6 cloves garlic, crushed

    1 tablespoon fresh or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

    Pare a narrow strip of peel from the middle of each potato. In a large bowl mix the oil, garlic, and rosemary; add the potatoes and toss well. Transfer the potatoes to a shallow baking pan and roast until potatoes are tender when tested with the tip of a knife. Serve hot. These can also be chilled and served with fried chicken or ham.

    Ingredients 1 1/2 pounds baby red potatoes, quartered 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh rosemary Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper Directions Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Toss potatoes, oil, and rosemary on a rimmed baking sheet. Spread out potatoes in a single layer; season with salt and pepper. Roast, stirring once halfway through cooking, until potatoes are golden brown and crisp outside and tender inside, about 30 minutes.

    Funny thing is, I am making these tonight, wathcing the Florida Tennessee fotball game, and doing some thick cut ribeyes. My favorite, (and everyone's I cook for) is a dill red roasted potato. I use red potatoes, quartered and rinsed. Toss in olive oil,granulated garlic, and Dill weed. i toss to coat evenly, then place on an oiled baking pan, and roast till done. The dill makes the potato's....I know it's not what you remember doing on your recipe, but definately recommend trying. Good Luck.

    red potatoes, garlic, salt and pepper, parsley

    if making beef ribs rosemary goes well, if pork ribs use sage

    of course you can always add your favorite herb(s) italian herb mix also goes well.

    i would use 2 pounds of potatoes and about 1-2 teaspons of all of the above. mix in a bowl with some olive oil and bake at 375 for about 45minutes to and hour, depending on the size you cut your potatoes. or until brown to your liking. if they are not quite as brown as you would like, turn the broiler on for a couple minutes until they are. but watch them carefully!

    sorry i cant get any more specific about this, i usually dont use a recipe when i cook so mine are more general type recipes.

    Take red potatoes and cut them into large chunks into a big bowl. Throw in some whole peeled garlic cloves, and maybe some chopped onion. Pour in olive oil, and add Italian seasoning and black pepper. Toss mixture until potatoes are evenly coated, and a little oily. Spread potatoes into large glass baking dish (9x13), bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.

    It's how I make them, and they come out great.
