Antibiotics are usually the way to go. Its to keep secondary infections out while the virus runs it course.....if the cats are very congested you can try using the bathroom as a large vaporizer....run the shower and make the room good and steamy.....keep the cats in the room for 10 min or so a couple of times a day to help loosen up the mucous.

If discharge from eyes, try to clean them a few times a day with warm wash clothes or gauze pads.....if discharge is yellow or green there is an infection present and you really need to see the vet for medical treatment.

Nasal discharge, keep discharge from occluding the air passages, wipe with warm wet gauze pads.

Keep them indoors, keep away from other cats.

Are they eating ????? Warming canned food and make the food smell better, cats eat what they can smell.

You might want to call your vet and let them know what is going on.

Expose the cats to warm humid air twice per day by steaming up the bathroom with a hot shower and letting them sit on the bathroom floor for 10 min. Your vet can recommend an otc antihistamine to help w/nasal congestion and can prescribe an ophthalmic ointment for the conjunctivitis. Make sure that they continue to eat well! Stuffed up noses can really decrease appetite in cats (they need to smell the food), so warming up stinky canned food can help. Not eating enough often leads to not drinking enough water and subsequent dehydration which just worsens how they feel. See the vet if the aren't eating or doing normal activities.
