I ALWAYS have rice pilaf with my Chicken Cordon Bleu. I love the flavors together. Then a nice roasted asparagus is wicked good along with them.

    Asparagus is in season now.

Any green veggie would be just fine: asparagus, peas, green beans, spinach, steamed kale. MMmmm.

I'd serve some light yeast dinner rolls and and maybe a few beautiful navel orange slices with a little flaked coconut and a few maraschino cherry slices for color.

I vote for roasted garlic asparagus, mashed potatoes, and a mixed green salad.

Jasmine rice is fantastic. I've had it with a stuffed chicken breast before. Very yummy!
