Taste buds not working properly........HELP? anyone!!!!!!?
I caught a severe cold over the weekend and I haven't been able to taste my food since, I'm almost through w/ my cold but I still can't taste my food...can anybody offer me any ideas on what i should do or try?

Just Wait! That is all you can do. As your congestion subsides so will your ablity to taste increase. Just be patient.

You can't taste because you can't smell. Nothing you can do about it but wait for the cold to go away.

just wait for your cold to go away your taste buds will slowly come back

I quit smoking 3 weeks ago, I'm unable to taste or distinguish one food from the other.
Is this part of the cleansing period of not smoking.
