Simple meal to cook for dinner tonight?
Today is my husband's first day of work at a new job. What is a good, but simple meal I can cook before he gets home? (BTW, I'm not a very good cook, so give me something easy!!)
Thanks!

Get a boneless fish. Put some seasoning oil, light soya sauce, and fish stock. Dont put a lot coz it makes it salty. Then mix all the fish with wheat flour and fry it till it becomes a nice brown color. Here's the recipe to make the sauce. Take mango lassi juice, orange lassi juice, chillie sauce and plum sauce. Put all these in a pan with the same amount of each and boil it. When it is done, you can pour it on the fish. For the deco, use lemon slices and salad. If you can cut the skin of a tomoto continuosly without breakin, it wil look like a rose. So you can put it on top. It will really look nice. Try it. Wish you all the best. Hope ur gf like it. And plz let me noe if you planned 2 choose this n if she like it. haha

I made this last night and it was a huge hit. Serve with salad and bread or garlic rolls.
Angel Hair with Sausage, Artichokes, and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
3/4 cup drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, sliced, 2 tablespoons of oil reserved
1 pound Italian hot sausages, casings removed
1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
2 large cloves garlic, chopped
1 3/4 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup dry white wine
16 ounces angel hair pasta
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan, plus additional for garnish
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves
8 ounces water-packed fresh mozzarella, drained and cubed, optional
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Heat the oil reserved from the tomatoes in a heavy large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the sausages and cook until brown, breaking up the meat into bite-size pieces with a fork, about 8 minutes. Transfer the sausage to a bowl. Add the artichokes and garlic to the same skillet, and saute over medium heat until the garlic is tender, about 2 minutes. Add the broth, wine, and sun-dried tomatoes. Boil over medium-high heat until the sauce reduces slightly, stirring occasionally, about 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the angel hair in boiling water until tender but still firm to the bite, stirring often, about 8 minutes. Drain the pasta (do not rinse). Add the pasta, sausage, 1/2 cup Parmesan, basil, and parsley to the artichoke mixture. Toss until the sauce is almost absorbed by the pasta. Stir in the mozzarella. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper. Serve, passing the additional Parmesan cheese alongside.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMrpz
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

1/8 tsp. pepper
1 small can mushrooms
1 8 oz. can tomatoes
3 cups beef stock
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. barbecue sauce
1/4 c. cold water
Directions:
1. Saute onion, pepper and garlic in oil. Add salt, pepper, barbecue sauce, tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, celery, beef stock and mushrooms.
2. Add the stew meat to the crock pot, cover with mixture. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
3. Mix cornstarch and cold water, add to crock pot to thicken before serving.
