my cat was knocked over, am struggling to settle bill, more cost to come, kitty recovering @ home, help me?
My kitty( Apache) was knocked over a week ago I am really struggling to settle the bill( R1500.00 ) and there are more costs to come I am alreway working 2 jobs 7 days a week 16 hours a day, can fit any more in, her tail has been amputated and pelvis is fractured she is recovering @ home now, Needs to go for check up and get more medication, no one in SA(apart from a handful of people) seem to care enough to help.
If you can help me I will give you the vets banking details, all details can be confirmed with them too.
If you dont have cash to spare, prayers and warm thoughts for her are good too.... anything that could help.
Thanks
Thanks to everyone for the replys, I have contacted everyone that I can , Unfortunatley in SA this is not as important a charity as it should be. I do wish I had found this site sooner the support is amazing!!!!
Imom.org no help cause she has already been to the vet but thanks anyway was worth a try: You do not qualify for financial aid from IMOM if any of the following apply:
Your pet has already been treated and you have, or will have, an outstanding bill you'd like help in paying. No exceptions - ever.

Contact www.imom.org, fill out their forms and see if you qualify. They have helped quite a few owners with high vet bills and little money. Good luck to you and Apache.

Claire, see if you can arrange for a payment plan, even the vet should know nobody has that kind of spare money lying around.
I wish I could help you, but cannot, so the prayers are yours.
I am so glad that you're sodedicated to saving your cat, she will recover, with such a loving caring owner, she can only do well.

get in touch with as many cat/animal charities as you can,i had help to pay my cats bill in the uk just by emailing different charities, also ask your vet if you can pay so much a month to make it easier, most will. good luck
