Judaism, and I only believe in the King James Holy Bible.I am not sure of other Bibles but as a Christen I pray all the time and not just when I'm scared.

The Biblical teachings and Doctrines, of the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. and the Rapture and second coming of Jesus Christ.
