  • The Bible And Celebrations,Festivals, and Holidays?

Why is that people get so twisted out of shape over the above mentioned things? The Bible goes into great detail how people in the Bible observed these regardless of the travel involved, money involved, etc. All these things were observed based on the moon, seasons, etc. All the things "Christians" criticize people for celebrating for the same reasons now.WHY!?!?

  • The Gospel:Imperfect, yet right?

How can somebody expect others to believe in a gospel message that is "imperfect, yet right"? Someone said that on here yesterday. The true church established in 33 A.D. in the book of Acts in the Holy Bible(if you need the reference) is perfect in every way! Even when man is imperfect, God's Word will always prevail.Any ideas?! Thanks!

  • Catholics,confession,and the mass?

Are catholics still required to go confession before mass if they have anything between them and God?Or if they are "out of pocket" w/ the church? The reason I ask is a co-worker I work w/ advocates some un-catholic beliefs openly. But, goes to mass every sunday and takes communion.Growing up my neighbors said this was against their church. You had to go to confession first.OR you were taking communion unworthily, which was considered a sin.Sorry this question was SO long! Thank You!

  • Book Of Mormon-Change In Belief?

I was wondering how(seriously) formerly it was taught "white/delightsome" was testified as literal. And now it is taught as a spiritual.I have read actual signed/dated testimonies of members who have said they have witnessed people becoming this "white/delightsome" with their own eyes-physically.But, now as recently as last week I was told it is about the spiritual change in a person. Can anybody enlight me? Thanks! BTW- I do realize there is ALOT of false info.out there.I have read it.And I'm not even Mormon.I'm not a basher, I'm sincerely wondering.

  • Do Centennial Park Mormons "encourage" mass child production?

OR is it a family choice? I know they have families w/ up to 30 in them. But, since they have members who don't practice polygamy, I just wondered.Members must profess to "believe" in the principle of polygamy. They don't have to feel "called" by God to live the principle.Or as one man put it." I just don't feel worthy".Thanks!
