Well the Ab Lounge is great for me..

I do 3 routines with mine 1st like a regular crunch just going back and forth, the I lay on each side going back and forth and do each 1 for about 10 mins. The time goes by fast especially if you're like listen to music or wacthin TV while doing it.Do that like 4 or more days a week and eat the right foods you will notice results within the 1st week you start. If you're already thin that's even better.I'm thin myself my tummy wasn't really fat or anything I just wanted to get better abs and a 6 pack.Boy did it work,I saw results with in a moth or so...I love it.. Ive had it like 3 yrs now

Well I have purchased the ab lounger way back when. It helped me out a little bit but at that time I didn't stick with it so I don't know It could have done wonders for me If I stuck to it, but now I do more exercising and I have just recently purchased the ab rocket I should be getting it within the week so I would let you know but nothing is going to work if you don't exercise(without the help of expensive equipment) and eat healthy. But email me in about two weeks and I will let you know if the ab rocket is any good!

Neither because they are rip offs, they don't really work the way they say they do.
