Wanted German cookie recipe that my Mom made when we were kids.?

We had to borrow lots of cookie sheets from all our neighbors cause its a rather thin batter that is dropped on the sheets by the teaspoonful. Then it sits 24 hours before you bake them. Made a really light, little wafer sort of cookie. Haven't' seen it since then and it wasn't in her recipe file that I inherited.

It is hard to find a receipt for you. I had a look with yahoo.de (the best search eningine for German topics by the way) And here:

    http://www.chefkoch.de/rs/s0g159/Kekse-Plaetzchen-...

I found 4416 receipts of "Kekse" and "Plätzchen" Not only german. Some of them have pics. Have a look.
