do you like chicken? well I have tried this recipe and all of my family and friends just L O V E IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
peel a large onion place it in the crockpot around 630 am(or when you leave for work), add a can of campbells cream of chicken soup and two cans of water, then place 8-10 drumsticks in the crock pot or whatever pieces of chicken that you prefer cook for 8 hours on low until the chicken completely falls off the bones remove the bones and place chicken mixture over brown or white rice, if you really want to be creative add some carrots during the cooking process. ENJOY! also you may add salt and pepper to taste when placing the chicken mixture over your rice

Crock Pot Pork
3-4lb boneless pork roast
1 bottle of liquid smoke - hickory or mesquite whichever flavor you prefer
1 med to large white onion - cut into chunks
2 handfuls of rock salt
place onion and pork in crock pot, fill with water, add full bottle of liquid smoke, and rock salt. Place on low for 10 hours.
When I get home I prepare the following rice concoction to serve the pork on:
1 cup uncooked white long grain rice
1 bunch fresh cilantro - chopped
1/2 small white onion - diced
2 med limes
In sauce pan on stove put 2 cups water, rice, cilantro and onion, over high heat, covered. Cut the limes in half and squeeze the juice out of both limes and add to the sauce pan. Once it boils, reduce heat to med low until water is absorbed.
Remove pork from crock pot and shred (it will fall apart). I place a bed of rice on the plate and put my pork on top. I add a little juice from the crock pot and some pepper to taste. One thing I also like to do is to heat up some fancy cut green beans and add them to the mix. Very good! I will sometimes put a little soy sauce on all of it too just to give it a little different flavor.
You can also take the pork and add BBQ sauce to it and have BBQ pork sandwiches. I will also take the pork and add mexican seasoning to it and make burritos/tacos.
Crock Pot Chicken
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbls garlic (I use the kind the comes in a jar)
1 med white onion diced
1 24oz jar of your favorite salsa/picante sauce
put all of this into your crock pot, fill with water, cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Once done, shred the chicken and mix all together.
Serve over rice or with tortillas.
Good luck and happy cooking!

It's hard to beat a pork shoulder for flavor and tenderness, and it's one of my family's favorite pork cuts. This dish is made with a boneless pork shoulder, slow cooked to perfection with a tangy mixture of apple jelly and coarsely ground mustard.
Ingredients:
2 large onions, halved, sliced
1 boneless pork shoulder roast
Salt and pepper
1 jar (12 ounces) apple jelly
1/2 cup chicken broth or water
2 tablespoons grainy mustard
Preparation:
Arrange onion slices in the bottom of a large slow cooker. Wash the roast and pat dry; leave it in its netting and place on the onions. Combine remaining ingredients in a cup; pour over the roast. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours. Turn to LOW and cook for 6 to 8 hours longer.
Serves 6 to 8.

This is one of my favorites: Take 4 chicken breasts;boneless, skinless. Add 1 packet Good Seasonings Italian salad dressing, and 1/4 cup water. Cook on low for 3-4 hours. Soften 1 8 oz. pkg Philadelphia Cream cheese, mixed with one can cream of chicken soup. Cook another 3 hours. Serve over rice or noodles-yum!

At wal mart where the meat it you can buy these "kits" for pot roast and beef stew. They are really good. Its a good way to get the feel for your crock pot.
I also like making homemade chili in it.
I make beans (mexican)
