How long would I cook a 15lb turkey at 350?

It's just the bird, the stuffing is being cooked seperately.

Takes about 3 hours 20 minutes in an oven set at 325 degrees, if the bird is stuffed, plan on 3 1/2 hours.

The drumsticks should move around easily in their sockets, and, when you prick the bird in the thigh, juices will be clear, when, the turkey is fully cooked.

Baste the bird every 30 minutes or so with melted butter or the natural juices. Towards the end of the cooking, if the breast is getting too brown, place some aluminum foil over the top to ease the browning.

Let the bird sit loosely covered for 15 - 30 minutes once you remove it from the oven.

    Good luck!

How nice. I love Thanksgiving, and you are using one of the recipes I use!! So, here's how long to cook it. Bake the turkey in the preheated oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear. Uncover the turkey, and continue baking until the skin turns golden brown, 30 minutes to 1 hour longer. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh, near the bone should read 180 degrees F (82 degrees C). Have fun!

About 4 hours, and leave for at least 30 minutes resting before carving.
