I'm making a top 50 list on my blog and would love your opinions and recommendations...

    Do you mean worst as in "best in doing evil" or worst as in "not good at doing evil"?

    Anyway, if it's the first one, I'd say:

    Lex Luthor - Superman

    The Joker - Batman

    Hannibal Lecter - The Silence of the lambs

    Voldemort - Harry Potter series

    Magneto - Xmen

    Most evil: Monkey Fist, Zorpox, Dr. Two-Brains, Tobey McCallister III, and Bad Horse.

    Worst quality: Senor Senior, Junior.
