Im 190 and need to be 150 -45 ?

im leaving for the marine but before i can i have to be the weight above as much as i try i just cant lose any! i have droped 7 pounds then i stop thats what happens all the time to me! please i need some thing that will show ASAP! i need to get out by march! i know this guy who drop 30 pounds in 2 months but i need to drop ASAP PLEASE im soo desperate ! i run but i swim more then anything but i need major work on my running i need a website with great information on how to open a stride when running and i need a diet plain all filled out and everything PLEASE

    What you should do is eat 3 meals a day make sure there healthy and don't eat a big portion that's just making your stomach expand and drink lots of water like 32 ounces no sweets and if you crave eat dark Chocolate not the whole bar just a little piece they found that dark chocolate is low in calories and good for your health if you don't want to exercise count your calories eat 1200 calories a day .then if you do exercise run allot like 40 minutes a day 30 minutes after you eat.

    well that's it i lost 20 pounds in two months just by doing that
