my dogs too, do NOT like cats and will kill them if they can get to them. HOWEVER, usually this is due to them jumping into my yard, and i do not encourage them to go after cats, i have been injured trying to protect a neighbor's cat from my Catahoula. we rushed her to the ER vet and she was saved, though beaten up pretty badly. since then we've moved from a rural area to a suburb and have not had the same problems.

but THIS GUY, he's throwing rocks at the cat, and then kicking the cat while he's laying their so injured he cannot move, just to get his dog to attack again.

The video was indeed filmed in Mexico. At 1:04, the billboards visible advertise "Unifrut" and "Cosmorcel" (also Syngenta and Bayer- all chemical pesticide/herbicide/fungicide companies) can be seen clearly. Cosmorcel is a chemical company located in Mexico (Bayer & Syngenta are worldwide)....Google results for Unifrut bring up companies in Mexico, South America & Europe.

The trees are almost 100% certainly apple trees- they DO grow apples in Mexico's high desert where it gets cold enough.

I don't know where people figured out he lives in Ohio, maybe he's an illegal & we can get him deported? LOL....but if the video was filmed in Mexico I don't know how much trouble he's going to be in.

People are sick & this guy deserves to be beaten with a metal pipe!! I commented on the video & flagged it in hopes it gets taken down.....

I just hope whoever is posting that information about him working at the canning company in Ohio has their facts RIGHT and there's not an innocent person by the same name being harassed at his job tomorrow!

I guess if it was filmed in Mexico it will be difficult to actually prosecute him. However this is definitely making things uncomfortable for him! He's been on and edited his contact details (that said he lived in Monclova etc), so right now he's feeling just slightly uncomfortable I think... I hope if he is in the US, at the very least he has his dog with him so that it can be taken off him and given a better home. Maybe they'll get him for something else: if he'll do this, he's quite likely happy to do other illegal stuff.

Got to say though, I am pretty disgusted as well at the racist and homophobic insults being directed at him on YouTube... that does not help.

In the first 2 minutes that joker had a minimum of 1/2 a dozen chances to call off his dog. I didn't watch the whole thing ... didn't need to spoil God's day with such nonsense.

I wonder if Mr. Macho would run for his video camera if his dog was "playing" with his rug rat son this way!!! Of course, I can't imagine any woman would be able to stay married to this "Shortness of Brains"!!!

This was UGLY and God doesn't like UGLY!!!

Even if this community isn't able to give him his just desserts, his Creator will eventually send him his paycheck!!!

And YouTube should not cater to those who have murderous intent. If they must allow these kinds of posting, it should be with a warning and disclaimer statement and should be blocked to anyone 21 and under ... but better yet they should not allow it to run at all. I understand that some of these videos are posted so that we will know exactly what is going on in other countries in this world, but this is just some little no name jerk with no brains and no morals..

I've posted a comment and flagged the video. I was so disgusted that I've just telephoned the Lucas County Sheriff Department. Spoke to a really nice lady and gave her the details of the video, she promised to pass them on to a detective. Her suggestion was that we put this guy in the tree and throw rocks at him, so let's hope the police take action.

I've also sent an e-mail to his employers with a link to the video asking them to identify the employee and give his details to the police.

I hate people who can be cruel to animals, and sincerely hope that he gets what's coming to him. (Only wish it could be me handing out an appropriate punishment!).

I can't begin to imagine how heartbroken the cat's owners are going to be. It's bad enough losing a pet, but under those circumstances is devastating.

EDIT: Have now also spoken to 13abc newsdesk and alerted them to this video. Have just e-mailed FoxToledo news in the hope that they will run the story.

Hopefully between us, we can get this sick individual identified and arrested.

EDIT 2; Just had an e-mail from a reporter at Fox Toldeo News saying "We’ve recorded the video in case YouTube takes it down. We’ll be calling police, animal cruelty investigators and his employer tomorrow to see what they know about this."

Dances, I flagged it and left a comment. I couldn't bring myself to watch the video because I know I'll start crying. I can't stop looking at my three cats right now and it breaks my heart that one had to suffer like that.

He must also be mistreating his dog for it to act so viciously. Thank you so much for getting on top of this, I'll send the local humane society an email and hopefully this guy will find himself in jail and never allowed to own or be near animals again.

If he things the pain and suffering of an innocent animal is funny I shudder to think about what else he's capable of.

I flagged it. How could you not!!?? What a sick person! When I went to the site, it said ," The user has removed this video". He probably got scared when people started getting upset. And he posted it on youtube!!?? What a sick-o. These types of people disgust me. I am glad I had the chance to report him along with many others.

OMFG I started crying because I have 5 cats. I sent this guy a message telling him he is sick, etc. I also reported it, I am calling the police too and telling them this is happening where we live. I feel like I wanna throw up and just ******* kill this son of a *****. No cats should have to go though that. I hope the guy gets caught and will lose everything no one will ever love him and he not even human. Thanks for sharing this and helping bring a light to animal abuse :(

My heart just dropped into my stomach :( I didn't want to watch it, I was just going to flag it but I couldn't stop it from playing in time :(

How could someone provoke a dog to inflict this kind of pain on such a wonderful creature. And the excitement in his voice, he sounds so excited to see the cat being killed. Very sick, what a sick sick bastard.
