The sugars in fruits are carbohydrates. Legumes like beans have protein, and some vegetables, like avocados, have fat. It really depends on the fruit or vegetable.

fruits are rich natural sugars ..... some low in sugar like pears and all kinds of berries and some high in sugar like bananas, mangoes, oranges and all powerfully rich in antioxidants and vitamin C ...... all to be eaten an hour before any other food and around a few hours after any food as they digest the quickest...... veggies like green vegies are rich in protein, fibre, B complex vitamins and very easy to digest ...... starchy veggies like potatoes, pumpkin, yams are high in carbs and sugar and harder to digest.
peace baby
