I Have a minor Injury but need to keep running!?
I fell yesterday while running hills at practice and skinned my knee and I could see my flesh. I have a BIG track meet this weekend and it sometimes hurts to walk and getup,but this track meet is very important and im not suree what to do like should i just practice harder or what. but I need to run

well if it is just a skinned knee, put a band-aid on it and run the meet. After that though let it heal for a week or two, you dint' want it to scar. If the pain is really bad don't put yourself through that and if you really have to I hope your race goes well and that it was worth it. Good luck!

if i were you i would wrap my skinned knee in wet towel or cloth for a little bit then put a band aid over it

i would neosporin on it, then rap it up in a cloth or put bandaid on it, and then prop it on a pillow and put some ice on it for a couple hours each day.
