Is this a fair salary?
I've got a master's degree with 5 years of experience in market research & another 3 years in marketing. I'm currently getting paid $75,000 a year (after tax it comes to just $4,000 a month). If you were to the cost of living - the average mortgage is $2,500 per month & that doesn't include other bills!
What do you think? Is this a fair salary??
I live in Sydney, Australia - cost of living here isn't cheap.

I don't think you said where you live. Where you live and where you work makes a big difference. Also, how old are you? If you're in your 20's, this is more than fair. If you're in your 30's, you're still doing very well. In today's economy, I think this is good.
