i broke my left arm when i was 4 and now at 18 i cant even lift 8 pounds without it feeling weird. i have never been able to do a single pull up. my right arm is fine and i can lift way more than 8 pounds. i also feel like i could bend my left arm backwards if i tried to

Update:

it dosesent hurt and i can push part of my elbow in then it pops when i bend it

Update 2:

When it grew back at that young age it changed your arm structure, you will be unable to to fix the problem and its just a good idea not to lift weight with it. See your doctor for pills and physical therapy for it

It could simply be broken again, but you would have to be pretty dense not to notice the pain. Either that or the bone never properly healed, damage as a child can make you grow up with weaknesses.
