Do you realize that myth says that either you get a gift or you're tortured forever? And this from a loving deity?
Then there's the whole 'no proof' thing. Since it applies with the Greek pantheon and unicorns, why would you think it doesn't apply to that character?

Yes, we can not earn by our own works, it is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ only we can receive the salvation of God.
Ephesians 2:8-9.
"for by grace have ye been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, [it is] the gift of God; not of works, that no man should glory."

No, salvation is a realisation of your self through contemplation of the truth, not through faith in the myth you cite. God is NOT great, god is only an idea and a nasty one.

Do you know that is your religious belief? I don't believe in a "salvation" that involves a human or godly sacrifice of that manner.

Yes, but do you know that God's heart desire for man is much greater than salvation?

Saved from God's wrath, by God.
None of this makes a lick of sense.

Honestly, do you expect anyone to read questions like this and go "oh my, wow! That's awesome! I'm converting *right now*!!". I mean, seriously?

Do you know magic, unicorns, leprechauns, gnomes? (that is how I see your questions)
