Get yourself some hand weights and place you feet positioned slightly further than your shoulders apart and pointing slightly outward. Holding the hand weights on your shoulders do squats, you will feel the burn on your inner thigh, squeeze your butt muscle as you come up and keep your stomach tight. Try doing 3 sets of 12 as slowly as you can, these work well.
