question about losing inches from diet and exercises?
okay i know everyone is different. but im trying to plan out the next 25 weeks, and i was wondering if someone could give me a ballpark answer. like you can expect to lose about X inches in X many weeks.
so ive started to go to the gym. i run about 3-5 miles each time i go and i go to the gym about 2-4 times a week. if i lose a pound a week, how long should it take to lose an inch around my waist, hip, and gut-area?

It's great that you are planning out at least half your year, but there's no way to predict how many inches you will lose. Keep up th exercise and eat fresh fruits and vegetables and you will eventually lose the fat you want. Add some weight lifting exercises to your running and that will give you more muscle which will cause you to burn more fat.
