Can't figure out whats wrong with me, Went to the ER they said nothing was wrong?

I'm 21 male overweight, by about 25ibs, I work on computers constantly so my daily routine doesn't consist of hardly any excercise. I eat alot of fried foods... my bad. I also smoke marajuana daily, Not really for some kind of trip or whatever but because it really helps with depression, and dealng with idiots.

I have developed a knot on my right side about the same height of my belly button, I have sever back pain, everyday. enough to make a big guy like me cry everyday, it constantly spasms out, and pops sometimes with an awkward sour kind feeling, I went to the local ER they done a piss test, a Catscan, and bloodwork and said nothing was wrong, but I'm hurting worse, i keep getting burning in my lower right side and bloating feelings to my groin, my side feel very tender... what could this be?

Update:

I only have a pamplet for abdominal pain they gave me, i don't have a doctor, I'm unemployed, no jobs in this small town, I can't afford to go to a real doctor, ERs are pretty much my only hope, I will have such horrible credit now.

They told me the catscan would have shown everything... i keep getting like a burning spazm going from my lower right side down to my right.... yeh u know

its not completely unbearable but its gettin there... Idk i have been getting nauseas feeling when i eat, not all the time but 1-2 times a day for the last week.

I have told them all the info at the ER but they just acted like i wasnt important or somethin

If you have your blood test results, and are willing to post them for me, I would be able to offer some assistance. Your back pain and spasms very well might be caused by the fact that you sit for long periods of time due to your job... You really need to try to get a good, supportive chair...and get up and go for a walk for at least 30 minutes a day. If you have health insurance, a chiropractor might be of assistance for your back pain too (I see one weekly for previous migraine headaches, and back issues...and I feel like a new person.). The burning and bloating could be caused by your diet. I would suggest you cut out (or at the very least cut down) fried foods and carbonated drinks. The added sodium can wreak havoc on your intestinal tract... As far as your bloated groin, I would guess that too is from sitting so much. If you'll try to clean up your diet, and get moving at least 30 minutes a day (and drink more water)...I think you'll being to feel better.

Forget the ER and go to a doctor's office. An ER is for emergencies that need immediate medical care. Their job is to make sure you aren't dying right this second, not diagnose something like that.

Go to a doctor, and expect him to tell you to change your life, or expect more problems and an early death. Just so you know- unless it's a hernia- your back pain is probably caused by your weight. Your muscles are seriously strained carrying the excessive weight and not getting the nutrients they need. Unless you do something to both lose the weight and strengthen those muscles, expect more back problems.

It could be your gallbladder. Maybe go back and ask for an ultrasound this time. Do you have any fatigue or is it all pain? Sometimes heart problems show up as abdominal problems. Do you have a primary care physician? maybe if you go to him first he can refer you to the ER. Have him call and say he is sending you over. You get faster and better service that way.

there is particularly no longer something incorrect with being a stay at living house mom. i'm at the instant a stay at living house mom. My son is 3. i think of the greater time you have inclusive of your babies in the previous they start college is ultimate. in case you have the potential to stay living house, I fairly reccomend it. while else are they gonna be that small back and want plenty interest?

trouble with bowels can also cause some of this.

either constipation, impaction or bacterial infection.

keep going back or changing dr's till you find one that can help - there is obviously something wrong.

they can't say nothings wrong just bc they are not smart enough to find it.

    good luck.

also appendix - you said lower right side

i would unfortunately go back to your family doc or to ER and let them know you're feeling worse with this pain*

did the er doc not tell you what he thought it may be?

dont assume that the doc is RIGHT* just cuz its possible he missed something*

GO BACK AGAIN tell them you're worse*
