Legal about child pornography...?
If there are pictures of someone who was still under legal age when it was taken, it is child pornography, right? Now, what if that person is now of legal age, keeping those pictures is still considered child pornography... right? Even if it was consentingly given way back of the person in the picture, the person shouldn't keep it right? Now, the person in the picture wants those pictures be destroyed. It is just but legal to do so right? and it is against the law to keep those material, right?
anyone who wants to enlighten me about this?

If the person was a young person when the photos were taken and is now of legal age the photos are still considered child pornography and the person would legally be unable to give consent given their age at the time. No child can give legal consent due to their age, regardless of their age now.
