If been with my girlfriend for 6 yrs she is still married what should I do?
Ive been when my girlfriend for 6yrs now. We have a beautiful child together and she has one child from a previous relationship. The problem is, is that she is married. They where separated already when we got together and I can see she didn't want to push a divorce because she was afraid he was gonna take the child. But he has even told her he would pay for a divorce but she still never went down to get it. I have asked her numerous times to get one and one time she even told her not to give her ultimatums. I fell that, that was a slap in the face to me. We have lived together for over 4yrs now but I am starting to think I deserve better. Am I wrong to want something for myself. Ive tried over and over to make this work but it eats at me and eat at me and I don't feel the same about her after all of this. I fell like I don't love her anymore and I think its from all the waiting. What would you do, or how would you feel?

Dude..... get a clue. She ain't gonna leave him. Women aren't afraid of a court taking their kids away. The court system LOVES women and heavily favors them. You bought her story hook , line and sinker !! Congrats, You've been had bro !!!! Time to leave her and move on

seems to me like she is still trying to hold on to the past. Like if she gets the divorce, then it really is done and over with. And i agree that if she loves and and wants to continue in a relationship with you, then she should get the divorce. What if you want to marry her one day. you can't because she is still married.

in the adventure that your intestine is telling you to get the ring engraved then choose for it! for sure you have gotten the final 6 years right! i understand that's a great step getting married so I understand your project to confirm each little thing is appropriate and in case you're extremely stressful relating to the engraving then you definately could desire to continuously get the ring engraved later the two as an anniversary latest or basically for the heck of it. Congrats!!!

First of all it doesn't matter how you feel, she is not serious about the relationship. So step back and weigh the pros and cons, slowly back away from her and if you feel you are not strong enough to live without her speak to a pastor, trusted friend and even talk to GOD! Life is too short to waste on relationship that is not in your best interests. This too shall pass!

If they separated and the ex husband was offering to pay for the divorce, the chickenhead should have filed and just done it contested. It may be time to cruise by his pad when she says she out with the girls....

there is definitely something going on there for her to not be trying to get a divorce when she's been with you for that long. try to get to the root of why she REALLY doesn't want to follow through with the divorce.

Tell her that you don't want to put your life on hold any longer and she needs to move ahead with the divorce.

Maybe you should rethink marrying this woman. Maybe it's better not to marry her. She could be doing you a favor by remaining married to the husband. Think about it.

Who cares, accept it for what it is.
Marriage is a screwing for a man anyway.
You have the best of all worlds now.
